SHIPPING POLICY
Please note: We work with a wide variety of shipping partners to ensure you receive your Fiber for Dogs in a timely manner. Due to the COVID-19 impact on our distribution network and the distribution network of our shipping partners, i.e., UPS, USPS, DHL and FEDEX, we want you to know that there may be shipping delays beyond our control.
We take pride in our product. After all, we use Fiber for Dogs, too! Your order is important to us, which is why we want to make sure that your product arrives on time and in excellent condition.
Please be assured that, unless otherwise specified, your items will ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
We work closely with a variety of shipping partners to ensure you receive your order within the time frame promised.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email that includes tracking information for your convenience.
We only ship to the 50 United States. International shipping or to US territories is not available at this time. If you are in a country outside of the US and would like to try Fiber for Dogs, please email us at info@fiberfordogs.com.
RETURN POLICY
A full refund will be given for all items purchased and returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be resalable, which is in original condition, unopened and in original packaging. Any items returned to us in used condition without packaging will not be credited. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To return a Fiber for Dogs product you’ll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done through our returns department. Returns may not be accepted without obtaining an RMA.
Steps:
- Please read all return criteria below to ensure your item can be returned.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our fulfillment company customer service at info@fiberfordogs.com or call or text 818-659-5190 to request an RMA number. You must note the RMA number on the return package.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. Fiber for Dogs and Bern Dog Brand are not responsible for lost shipments.
- Please carefully pack your return in the original packaging and return to:

You must note the RMA number on the return package.
- Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card or your original chosen form of payment.
- Please note, once we submit a refund to your credit card company or bank, there may be additional delays in receiving the credit to your account due to your bank’s policies and processes. Please contact your payment provider to find out their timeline for crediting accounts.
- Items returned to us either without an RMA# will not be processed. We will be unable to track these items to your order and they will be disposed of without the correct paperwork.
Please be sure to send your items back with a shipping carrier that provides tracking. Fiber for Dogs/Bern Dog Brand cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost without tracking.
